GOLDBACK ACCEPTANCE & NETWORK LISTING
This No-Cost advertising agreement is for creating a listing on Goldback.com and the promotion of the Merchant to the other businesses and their customers through the Goldback currency exchange networks. It is the intention of the parties to promote and use the Goldback as a legal voluntary instrument within the State indicated below. The Merchant below and Goldback Inc (“GBI”) agree as of as follows:
- Goldback Acceptance. The Merchant agrees to accept the Goldback as either full or partial payment for goods and services in such amounts and at such rates as the Merchant may determine.
- Pledged Support. GBI agrees to promote and advertise the Merchant’s goods and services, at the discretion of GBI on Goldback.com. GBI will provide the Merchant with promotion materials including Goldback acceptance stickers, information cards, maintain the Goldback .com website for easy access to the daily exchange rates, and other important information.
- Responsibilities. GBI will keep the Merchant up to date with suggestions for best practices on Goldback acceptance, redemption programs, exchange options, and accounting ideas upon request. GBI may offer employee training, register tools, and other programs upon request. The Merchant shall remain responsible for their own tax compliance, accounting, and other business practices.
- Voluntary Termination, Governing Law & Venue. Either party may terminate this agreement for any reason upon 7-days written notice. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State indicated below. Any action at law or in equity pertaining to this agreement shall be instituted and maintained in the State of Utah.
